Connect with your whole self, bring ease to your body and mind, finish invigorated and calm. Bring your own snacks for after-class hang out, and a walk along trails throughout the horse and donkey pastures.

Where: Edition Farm, 90 Spooky Hollow Road, Hyde Park, NY (with a beautiful, expansive and sun-filled studio, surrounded by rolling pasture and trails)

When: Saturday 27 January 2024. 1-Hour Class begins at 11am. Doors open at 10:30am, hang out for snacks and trail walking after class.

How to get here: The farm is less than 20 minutes from the beautiful village of Rhinebeck, with many wonderful food and lodging options for a perfect weekend getaway. Under two-hours’ drive from New York City, or just take the Amtrak train from Penn Station to Rhinecliff, then a 20-minute taxi to the farm.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes for moving, a yoga mat if you’d like one, and after-class snacks.

Who is this for: Anyone who wants to feel better, hang out with a wonderful group of friends, and enjoy this time together in nature.  Kids are free, and welcome to join in class, or bring an extra parent along to wander the trails!
